We live on the property and are almost always here, but we maintain business hours to allow ourselves lives outside of the Pet Retreat. If the kennel office is not open for business, the main gate to the facility will not be open. You will not have access to the property.

We are open seven days a week, so please try to arrange your schedule around our generous hours and allow us time to devote specifically to our most important customers—the furry ones.

Note that the office is closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on all major holidays. The office is open from 8am - noon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and also closes at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
